I am giving this place 4 stars for the apartment manager Eli. Eli helped us get an apartment there even though we had challenged credit. Eli was great, and if you are a person who is having trouble getting a place due to credit or income challenged, you definitely need to go see Eli. There is a roach problem there, and that was a reason why I didn't stay as long as I wanted too. They do spray for the roaches, but honestly not much can be done with a roach problem that big except contain the problem. I am super clean, so them roaches didn't have much interest in my apartment unit. The neighbors were nice and everyone was very civil and I had no problems with anyone. There are people up and about all hours of the night, but they don't make a lot of noise. All and all this place is not ideal, but if you have no options, Eli will take care of you for sure. Eli is a great manager, and I appreciated what was done for us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've lived here for about 5 years and I have always experienced the best residential support! The office staff always welcomes you with a smile and is willing to help with any situation at all times. Maintenance staff  is always kind, helpful and quick to resolve any service requests made. Units are nice, comfortable and remodeled. Each building has a Laundry room which is really convenient.  Lots of parking space and building lights for night hours. Courtesy officer is available for any late night disturbance if needed.  Just driving into the property it looks like the team really takes effort in making sure Parkwood Plaza  looks nice and clean inside and out. My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now. For the most part, we have had an amazing experience! The maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, and even fixed our heater when we had an issue at 9pm! They then came back the next day to check in and make sure it was properly fixed. The leasing office staff are phenomenal and respond quickly. A big issue we have had here is other residents not picking up after their dogs... I haven't been to the bark park in months, because my dog doesn't even like walking around in there it gets so dirty. In the fall, there were issues with the laundry room, but they have since been mostly resolved, with the dryers not wanting to dry completely on occasion, which is frustrating, because Pay Range does not like to give money back... The last "issue" is that the buildings are older, so there are some issues with the floors sinking in around the edges, being that we are on the first floor. Other than that, we have had a wonderful experience, and would definitely renew our lease if we weren't leaving town for the whole summer!

I recommend Parkwood Plaza Apartments like your new home. I been a tenant at parkwood since 2016 and I don’t see my self leaving to another place. Parkwood staff are always happy to help and maintenance are always fast to do my work orders when i submit them.

This is a fantastic community. Very excited about the dog park along with all the other upgrades being made to the complex! The office staff is absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond for their residents like providing breakfast to go, on cold days like today. Very reliable, great staff!!

Property is upgraded a great deal. Management seems always available. Questions and concerns are always answered and solved immediately. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner and in emergency’s maintenance is awesome.. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Groundskeeping is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this property to be your next home..

Only lived here for about a week now but its a great place to live. The apartments are roomy and both the inside and outside our nice looking and in great shape. Also the people who work in the office are great people and will work with you. Like they did us.

HIGLY RECOMMEND this property!!! The staff in the office are always so helpful and kind they always throw resident events and make us feel at home and the maintenance supervisor is super reliable. They have fixed so much on the buildings and I'm exicited to see what the finishes will look like. My apartment is updated and clearly was well maintained. If you're looking for a home close to Downtown, parkwood is perfect for you!

Good place cofrtable quiet good price..with all renovation this place will look nice..staff is grate manager always helpful. Since new ownership took over things got better mainenance is doing aswome job. Erik the maintenace has always taken care of my issues since he first sarted working makes everything eseiar as a tenant.

Fairly priced and a comfortable size for a single person or a couple. Minutes away from downtown Denver and Belmar. Set in an up and coming area with multicultural restaurants and Levitt Pavillion, a good venue with tons of summer events.

Not really sure why all the negative reviews, especially without explanation. Given the metro area's rental rate greed from most property owners and agents, there isn't much to gripe about here. Fair rent for the size of the unit as well as the location. Most of my neighbors are friendly and the two employees in the leasing office are always professional and polite, but very restricted by several out of date practices and office hours the Management company (Greystar) has set in place. My only 'cons' that keep this complex from a 5-star rating as a resident are: 1) Most frustrating is the lack of energy-efficiency. Appliances are not efficient, including on-site communal Washer/Dryer closets. Windows are single-pane sliders with no weather stripping (or security features)that aren't plumb . Main door also without weather stripping with large gaps all the way around. One window AC unit built into the wall in the living room, also not efficient, insulted, and the filter appears to be the one that came with the unit. Lightbulbs with built-in fixtures are incandescent, generating a lot of heat that doesn't help the AC situation. More than usual for a rental will have to be done so heat loss and wasted money on energy bills doesn't occur this winter. 2) Interaction with "maintenance" hasn't been pleasant. They are mostly rude and inconsiderate and don't seem to have a comprehensive background in residential construction. The list of incorrectly "repaired" or "built" items in my unit is long and luckily none are safety issues (i.e. three strike-plates and a shim screwed together on both bedroom and bathroom door frames). Watching two of them one day try and resecure flashing with one screw took almost 30 minutes. Again, nothing unsafe yet, but incorrectly executed to I assume try and save money. 3) None of the outlets hold a plug securely and the breaker trips often from building overload. 4) There is no drop box for rent, has to be dropped off in person during business hours. No online payment options either. Apparently because a Greystar property in a different metro area had an issue with break-ins through the box (probably installed by the maintenance crew). So, just some minor grievances from a First World raised American, not deal breakers. Pet Rent for my dog is cheap and the monthly rent gives me exactly what I pay for: an apartment that might not be "nice", or correctly maintained, but it's safe and affordable so that's fine with me.
